Pre-Booking
We've got exclusive partnerships with a range of accommodation providers. The partners work with us to make sure they have as many guests as possible at their resorts. This provides us with an amazing opportunity to pass on the savings to you!
Your booking includes a 4 or 7-night stay at a luxury 4 or 5 Star resort. It includes a standard room only, with optional upgrades available during the booking process.
All bookings (excluding upgrades) incur a $99 Booking Fee.
The total price is only for the cost of accommodations during your stay.
This does not include any government or local taxes, resort fees, or any other incurred expenses including but not limited to transportation.
No! There are no blackout dates on our bookings so you can book during holiday weekends, school holidays and peak periods if the resort has availability. You have 12 months to book your vacation.

At our resorts, you can book for up to 12 months out, or until the expiry of your voucher. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. Be assured, you can call the expert customer service team anytime, and they will assist you with your booking.
No! Your booking includes the price for a room sleeping 2 Adults and 2 Children (up to 11 years old) but you can travel without children, as a couple or even on your own. Most resort studio rooms are configured with two double or queen beds.

No reservation protection: If the reservation is changed/cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, the guest will receive a credit towards a future booking less a $129 processing/rebooking fee. If changed/cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a credit will be given towards a future booking less a $279 one-night deposit. No cancellations/changes will be granted 14 days or less prior to arrival.
With reservation protection: If the reservation is changed/cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, the guest will receive a credit towards a future booking and no processing/rebooking fee will be due. If changed/cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a credit will be given towards a future booking less a $99 processing/rebooking fee.
